Responsibilities
3-statement modeling/analysis, QoE, Build detailed financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions). Analyze company performance, capital structure, and future cash flows. Support valuation work for M&A, capital raises, and strategic alternatives
Create pitch materials for clients: market updates, valuation summaries, strategic recommendations. Synthesize complex financial data into clear, persuasive slides for senior bankers and clients. Support ongoing business development efforts
Assist with M&A processes, including due diligence, data room management, and coordinating with lawyers, accountants, and buyers/sellers. Prepare transaction documents, run analyses for deal terms, and track workstreams. Handle tasks related to equity/debt issuances and transaction logistics
Qualification
Required
Must have exposure to 3 statement analysis, Quality of earning, or Valuation
Must have an ability to be 5 days in office in Baltimore (no Relocation)
Must have a degree in accounting or related field
