Part-Time Virtual Assistant
Beaconshire Advisory provides strategic finance and tax guidance for growing businesses. They are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage communications, scheduling, and lead follow-up.

Responsibilities
Manage and triage email inboxes with timely, professional responses
Schedule and confirm client consultations; manage calendars and reminders
Respond to inbound messages on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram as applicable)
Follow up with new and existing leads via email and social messages
Qualify leads, answer basic questions, and guide prospects toward booking consultations
Track leads, conversations, and appointment status in CRM or lead tracking systems
Support basic client onboarding and administrative tasks as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with care
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Client Support, or similar role
Strong written communication skills and professional tone
Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments
Experience communicating with leads or clients via email and social media
Proficiency with common tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, calendars, spreadsheets)
Preferred
Experience in tax accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services
Familiarity with CRM systems or client portals (TaxDome experience is a plus)
Experience with lead conversion, appointment setting, or sales support
Understanding of basic financial or tax terminology
