Responsibilities
Lead consolidated and entity‑level financial statement preparation across multiple LLCs and operating businesses
Oversee financial management, reporting, and controls for real estate investments, retail operations, and corporate entities
Direct cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and treasury activities
Manage and develop the accounting, finance, tax, and credit/collections teams
Ensure accurate intercompany accounting, capital activity tracking, and investment reporting
Partner with ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements
Present financial results, trends, and recommendations to the Board of Directors
Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and scalable financial infrastructure as the organization grows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA strongly preferred
10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally within multi-entity, real estate, retail, or investment-focused organizations
Deep knowledge of GAAP, consolidations, and intercompany accounting
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across operations, ownership, and external partners
Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
Proven Accounting leadership of strong team
