Responsibilities
Manages divisional priorities and operational plans, leading the executional efforts across all touch point
Collaborates with respective buying teams to establish monthly priorities that ladder back to divisional strategies and seasonal messaging
Leads monthly product priority share-out with cross channel partners, including preparation and follow-up
Partners with digital merchandising teams (PCBOT) to ensure divisional product priorities come to life online (i.e., product priorities, site categorization, content, etc.)
Drives Store/VM communication partnering with VM and store teams to ensure the execution of the divisional product priorities come to life in store (i.e., merchandising, fixtures and elements, brand/launch signage, etc.)
Identifies and proactively resolves any risks or roadblocks that might arise in each project
Schedules, facilitate and recaps project-related team meetings
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success in translating strategic goals into operational plans
Strong capability in verbal and written communications skills to all levels
Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally
Ability to manage competing priorities using collaborative approach to problem solving of complex business issues
Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust across multiple functional areas
Work across a wide range of disciplines to ensure successful planning, execution, measurement, and lead application of lessons learned to upcoming work
Strong analytical skills to support problem solving and strategic thinking
A leadership presence with the ability to speak, listen, write and present clearly and concisely and ability to organize and plan across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional partner teams
Ability to lead large groups and inspire creativity and influence others using analysis as support
Ability to work independently and as a team and adapt to changing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
