This role is critical to ensuring accurate financials, strong controls, and timely reporting as our organization continues to grow and diversify.

Responsibilities
Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple businesses
Work directly with the CFO on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Ensure accuracy and integrity of general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Manage intercompany accounting and consolidations
Support tax preparation and coordination with external tax advisors
Assist with audits, reviews, and compliance requirements
Develop and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting standards
Provide timely financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
High proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with multi-entity or multi-business accounting strongly preferred
