Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for creating, segmenting, organizing, and presenting conversation flows that sound "human-like" while enabling the customer to quickly meet their desired objective
The Designer will work collaboratively with the technical team responsible for coding these flows, as once the conversations have been designed, they will be handed off to the Customer team for implementation
The Designer will receive data and input from the team overseeing the bot to help inform the use-cases and conversation flows
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in Conversational Voice User Interface design
Experience in UX and content creation
Ability to create, segment, organize, and present conversation flows that sound 'human-like'
Collaborative work with technical teams responsible for coding conversation flows
Ability to receive data and input from teams overseeing the bot to inform use-cases and conversation flows
