Sales Development Representative (70181)
Valcourt Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their inside sales efforts in the exterior building maintenance and commercial window cleaning industry. The SDR will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential commercial clients, while setting high-quality appointments for Business Development Managers.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify prospective customers such as property managers, facility directors, building owners, engineers, franchisees, and procurement
Research commercial properties and develop a strong understanding of client needs for services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, and façade maintenance
Set high-quality appointments and meetings for Business Development Managers
Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress daily in the CRM
Follow up on inbound leads, budgets, scheduling, and nurture early-stage prospects
Achieve weekly activity expectations and exceed KPI’
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, inside sales, or customer outreach
Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Comfortable making a high volume of outreach contacts per day
Proficient in CRM software and sales engagement tools
Self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in sales
