Responsibilities
Own the backend management of GoHighLevel and ClickUp
Manage the rollout of courses, webinars, and the App
Coordinate social media schedules, email marketing campaigns, and digital assets across our platforms
Manage the Founder’s calendar with an iron grip
Handle travel logistics, personal appointments, and gatekeep effectively to protect time for deep work
Handle logistics for online summits and in-person retreats (vendors, venues, guest management)
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-ticket clients, partners, and vendors
Qualification
Required
You must be comfortable building automations, managing CRM pipelines, and organizing complex project workflows
Manage the rollout of courses, webinars, and the App

You are based in the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe area
You have worked directly with high-profile coaches, spiritual teachers, authors, or speakers
You are pragmatic and grounded but have a deep personal affinity for Yoga, Spirituality, Indian Wisdom, or the Sacred Feminine
You understand funnels, conversion, and project management tools
You are emotionally intelligent, culturally aware, and capable of handling sensitive communications with grace
