Director of Revenue Strategy
Constellation Brands is seeking a Director of Revenue Strategy to lead enterprise-level revenue planning, growth architecture, and commercial governance across its diversified beverage portfolio. Responsibilities
Lead revenue strategy planning across multiple brands, categories, and distribution channels
Define revenue growth frameworks, performance metrics, and long-term planning assumptions
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Pricing teams to align revenue objectives
Support pricing strategy, promotional governance, and revenue mix optimization
Monitor revenue performance, channel contribution, and margin trends
Conduct revenue analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to support leadership decisions
Establish structured review processes for revenue initiatives and commercial performance
Provide senior leadership with insights on growth opportunities and revenue risks
Qualification
Required
Candidates should have at least 25 years of professional development experience, including holding final decision-making responsibility in corporate organizations
Extensive experience in revenue strategy, commercial planning, or growth management roles
Proven ability to operate across complex, multi-brand and multi-channel environments
Strong expertise in pricing, revenue mix management, and commercial analytics
Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior commercial and finance leaders
Preferred
Experience within consumer goods, beverage, or regulated industries preferred
Background in large-scale brand portfolios or established consumer businesses strongly preferred
