Responsibilities

Prospect, call, and visit logistics companies, freight forwarders, and shippers in the Laredo region
Educate potential clients on Border Haul’s platform and services
Drive new shipper sign-ups and bookings through proactive sales activity
Develop and manage strong customer relationships to increase retention and repeat business
Identify customer needs and work with operations and product teams to ensure solutions
Track sales pipeline, report progress, and meet/exceed monthly targets
Represent Border Haul at local logistics events, networking groups, and industry meetups

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in cross-border logistics, freight forwarding, or trucking sales

Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with both cold outreach and face-to-face selling
