Information Technology
Responsibilities
Ship and receive product, ensuring quality and identifying any damage
Store materials according to established procedures and layout
Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records
Enter inventory data into the ERP system
Follow inventory management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
Troubleshoot inventory and processing issues using ERP and reporting tools
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Support material management tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in an automated warehouse environment using scanning/scan‑gun technology
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow SOPs accurately
Dependable, enthusiastic, and able to multitask
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems (preferred, not required)
