Responsibilities

Support field workers with badging process. Downloading app, registering, completing safety video/test, uploading drug screen
Pick up badges from field construction offices and deliver to site
Scan, save and file jobsite safety documents
Submit labor reports to General Contractor (monthly) for safety and insurance tracking
Assist site PMs with document management and submittal/RFI tracking and logging
Data entry for jobsite accounting
Track and order supplies for jobsite trailer
Scan, save and submit shipping tickets to purchasing
