They are seeking a Senior Water / Wastewater Engineer to be involved in projects related to the development of engineering studies, design reports, and construction oversight for water and wastewater infrastructure in Arizona and across the country.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering services in support of planning, studies, analysis and design of water and wastewater treatment and collection / distribution systems, major/minor conveyance systems, water and wastewater modeling of existing and/or proposed systems including pump/lift stations, groundwater wells, chemical feed systems, and storage reservoirs
Prepare design computations and quantity estimates
Create detailed designs of water and wastewater treatment, water conveyance systems and wastewater collection systems
Work with CAD designers to prepare plans/drawings for water and wastewater infrastructure systems. Ability to use CAD software is considered a plus
Occasional field work and travel to project sites in the US may be required. Approximately 5% overnight travel

Required

BS degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering field
Minimum of 5 – 7 years of relevant experience (may include post-graduate work)
PE or PE eligibility desired; having an AZ PE a plus
Demonstrated experience with engineering of multi-disciplined water/wastewater projects
Successful engineering project delivery
Proficiency in detailed designs of water and wastewater treatment, water conveyance systems and wastewater collection systems
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills have the ability to work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously
Must possess clear verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, conduct effective client presentations and prepare written reports
Self-motivated, team-oriented, hardworking and intent on doing great work
Ability and willingness to travel to project sites in the US may be required. Approximately 5% overnight travel
Must pass background check and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company's driving policy
