Residential install and disconnects* (data, video, phone) on customer premises
Ensure/record correct RF and signal levels within specifications
Communication with leadership and dispatch as needed
Customer education
Operate company vehicle in safe and responsible manner

Qualification
Required
0+ years of experience as this is an entry level role with opportunity for training and growing into a Broadband Technician
Maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver's license
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to use hand and power tools
Customer service skills
