Administrative Program Coordinator I - Cardiovascular Genetics

Responsibilities

Update, monitor and manage databases
Develop scorecard and milestone to track progress. Analyzes project improvement and progress
Report discrepancies and variances
Coordinate project prioritization and assists with policy and initiative implementation
Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings
Attend meetings and records key outcomes
Support all office administrative functions
Develop and maintain updates
Other duties as assigned

Required

Associate's Degree and two years of administrative experience
OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience
OR Bachelor's Degree
May require a license based on department/institute needs
Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
Skills/qualities: multitasking, critical thinking, decisive judgment, independent, interactive, communication and customer service

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
Healthcare or related organization experience
Knowledge of project management and communication practices
