Responsibilities
Full Transformations: Execute end-to-end bathroom remodels including showers, baths, sinks, toilets, flooring, and cabinetry
Demolition & Prep: Clean demo and debris haul-away. We keep our jobsites spotless
Technical Skill: Perform light plumbing, drywall work, and advanced carpentry (such as subfloor replacement, trim work)
Project Management: Check in with the Production Manager daily, manage provided materials, and lead a helper when assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in bathroom remodeling
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to perform light plumbing
Ability to perform drywall work
Advanced carpentry skills (such as subfloor replacement, trim work)
Project management skills
Ability to manage provided materials
Ability to lead a helper when assigned
