Payroll & Benefits Manager
Forward Health is a rapidly growing healthcare organization specializing in sleep medicine. They are seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Manager to manage end-to-end payroll processing and administer employee benefit programs while building strong partnerships across the organization.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Forward Health practices and leadership teams
Manage end-to-end payroll processing with ADP TotalSource, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and leave programs
Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll, benefits, and leave-related inquiries, providing clear, timely guidance to employees
Ensure accurate payroll tax processing, reporting, and multi-state compliance
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR, payroll, and benefits processes, and assist with implementation
Support other HR functions as needed
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi‑entity, multi‑state organization
Hands‑on experience with ADP TotalSource strongly preferred
Strong understanding of payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, benefits administration, and leave management
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting payroll, benefits, and leave administration within an HR department
