Responsibilities
Direct daily financial operations and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory guidelines
Lead the development and implementation of financial policies, internal controls, and accounting systems
Oversee billing, reimbursement, collections, and payroll functions
Prepare and present monthly financial statements and reports to senior leadership and governing bodies
Develop annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
Manage internal audits, insurance coverage, and risk management
Serve as primary liaison to external auditors, tax consultants, and Medicare fiscal intermediaries
Provide financial leadership for strategic planning and growth initiatives
Partner with organizational leaders to evaluate contracts and business opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred
Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience
Proven ability to lead and supervise professional and administrative personnel
Excellent communication, analytical, and public relations skills
Background in healthcare finance or nonprofit operations highly desired
