Responsibilities
Setup, test, and operate AV equipment (TVs, speakers, projectors, video walls, mics, etc.)
Support WebEx, Zoom, and in-room conferencing solutions
Maintain AV asset inventory and ensure technical readiness
Respond to urgent AV issues during live events
Assist in system upgrades and user training
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be able to obtain a public trust
Setup, test, and operate AV equipment (TVs, speakers, projectors, video walls, mics, etc.)

Maintain AV asset inventory and ensure technical readiness
Respond to urgent AV issues during live events
Assist in system upgrades and user training
High level of customer service
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
