They are hiring a Part-Time Data Specialist to support its Acquisitions team by researching property ownership, verifying information, and organizing data to identify new acquisition opportunities.

Responsibilities
Research property ownership and related entities
Verify owner names, business entities, and contact details
Cross-check information across public records and databases
Organize and clean data in Excel and internal systems
Identify missing or inconsistent information and flag issues
Help the Acquisitions team build accurate lead lists for outreach
Support reporting and data organization projects
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written communication skills
Reliable and able to manage your time independently
Preferred
Prior research or office experience is helpful but not required
