Responsibilities
Issue tools and equipment to employees
Maintain record of tools and equipment issued/returned
Prepares periodic inventory and maintains perpetual inventory of tools and equipment
Inspect and test tools for defects and/or wear upon return to tool room
Performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance on tools
Prepare and pack tooling and equipment for onsite jobs (mobilize)
Receive and unpack tools and equipment from onsite jobs along with clean, test, and service all items as required before returning to inventory (demobilize)
Mark and identify tools and equipment
Maintain records
General housekeeping of tool crib area
Performs other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Experience/Knowledge repairing electrical and pneumatic power tools is a plus
Proficient knowledge of computer software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working knowledge of basic hand/power tools and their use in construction industry
Valid AZ driver's license with good driving record
Initiative to improve processes
Applies common sense to problem solving
Well organized
Good communication skills
Team player attitude internally and externally
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one (1) month related experience and/or training
