Responsibilities
Install, configure, service, repair, and maintain information technology systems in both a stand-alone and client-server environment
Integrate multiple information systems in a networked environment, evaluate and resolve customer information system problems, effect required hardware upgrades and repair to maintain mission capability
Install and configure wireless hubs, routers, switches, and various transmission media, server hardware and software, and ensure the proper installation and configuration of workstation hardware and software for efficient operation on the network
Qualification
Required
4 years of IT experience
Good understanding / some experience with Networking equipment
Fully adjudicated secret clearance
Security+ CE certification
Basic experience of IT fundamentals through coursework or relevant professional experience
Prior experience partnering with/or supporting active duty military personnel
Experience supporting Networking Equipment
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize daily responsibilities independently
Must be autonomous and able to interact with high ranking officials
