They are seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations, maintain records, assist with administrative tasks, and support recovery agents and management.
Responsibilities
Supporting day-to-day operations
Maintaining records
Assisting with administrative tasks
Supporting recovery agents and management
Utilizing various software and tools to help organize repossession and asset recovery operations
Coordinating schedules
Assisting in maintaining compliance with company and industry standards
Qualification
Required
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage records and support office operations efficiently
Experience and proficiency in using industry tools such as RDN, Clearplan, and CLEAR, or a willingness to learn these systems quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Experience with or knowledge of repossession or asset recovery is advantageous but not required
