Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mining and industrial clients
Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
Collaborate with internal teams for solution design, implementation, and post-sales support
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular pipeline updates
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience selling to the mining and tunneling clients with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong understanding of Ethernet, Wi-Fi, fiber optic systems, and IoT applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Strong problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
Computer savvy with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience selling network equipment, connectivity solutions, or related technology is highly preferred
Post-secondary education preferred
