Responsibilities
Review corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including purchase agreements, merger and acquisition documents, entity formation and governance documents
Interact well with clients and represent clients in the structuring of acquisitions and dispositions of all types
Qualification
Required
10+ years of tax experience
Transactional tax expertise
C corporation tax expertise
Partnership tax knowledge
Ability to review corporate and transactional documents including purchase agreements, merger and acquisition documents, entity formation and governance documents
Ability to interact well with clients
Ability to represent clients in the structuring of acquisitions and dispositions
Detail-oriented
Solid work ethic
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong academic credentials
Licensed in home jurisdiction or eligible for admission without examination
