Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate field operations, including groundwater and soil sampling, drilling oversight, and monitoring‑well installation
Review and interpret environmental data while supporting the preparation of technical reports and regulatory submissions
Contribute to project planning and implementation to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Engage with clients and project stakeholders through clear, professional communication
Develop proposals, manage project timelines, and monitor key milestones
Assess project budgets and participate in business development efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
8+ years of professional environmental engineering or geology experience
Strong project management and leadership skills
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license, a plus
Excellent business development abilities and existing client relationships in the local market are preferred
