Responsibilities

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
Developing recruiting strategies and building strong candidate pipelines
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs
Maintaining candidate databases and coordinating recruiting events
Ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and developing sourcing strategies

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on deadlines and results

Preferred

Relevant experience in recruitment for sales roles is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
