Account Growth & Client Relationship Manager
Promofect is a fast-growing branded merchandise company based in Mahwah, NJ, specializing in custom apparel and promotional products. They are seeking an Account Growth & Client Relationship Manager to own and grow customer relationships, manage accounts, and drive revenue through excellent service and proactive communication.
Responsibilities
Own a book of existing and past customers and actively follow up to drive repeat business
Answer inbound calls and manage customer inquiries professionally and confidently
Manage accounts end to end from first conversation through quoting, store launches, orders, and follow up
Help launch and manage online merch stores and customer programs
Proactively suggest ideas to help accounts grow their spend and engagement
Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and support teams
Keep clear notes, tasks, and follow ups in HubSpot CRM
Take ownership of improving customer programs and internal processes over time
Qualification
Required
Experience in account management, client services, sales support, or relationship based sales
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
Organized, reliable, and strong with follow up
Commercial mindset with an interest in driving revenue through relationships
Able to work on site in Mahwah, NJ
Looking for a long term role with room to grow and take ownership
Preferred
Experience in promotional products, branded apparel, print, merchandising, or related industries
