Sales Account Executive – Branded Apparel & Merch
Promofect is a fast-growing branded merchandise company in Mahwah, NJ, seeking an experienced sales professional to help grow and manage customer accounts. The role involves outbound sales, account management, and ownership of the full customer lifecycle, focusing on building long-term relationships and account growth.
Responsibilities
Research and follow up on existing and prospective accounts using HubSpot
Run outbound outreach via email and phone
Manage accounts end to end, from initial conversation through quoting, order coordination, and follow up
Sell decorated apparel, merch stores, and related branding solutions
Build long term relationships and grow account spend over time
Collaborate with internal production and support teams
Track activity, notes, and progress clearly in the CRM
Qualification
Required
2–7 years of B2B sales; industry experience (promo/apparel/print) strongly preferred
Proven prospecting and closing; organized, pipeline-driven, service-first communicator
Comfortable with CRM (HubSpot a plus) and basic merch/decoration timelines
Local to Mahwah and on-site daily with flexibility
