Qualification
Required
1–7 years of experience as an Associate
Experience from an Am Law 200 firm
Exposure to syndicated credit facilities
Exposure to leveraged finance transactions
Exposure to complex commercial lending
Bar admission in NC or SC (hybrid) or GA (remote)
Strong academics (T50 or top Southeast regional)
Ability to operate at speed without needing deal mechanics explained
