Mandel Group, Inc. is searching for a full-time apartment Maintenance Technician I or II to join their team at The Chiswick at Dunwood, a luxury apartment community. This role involves maintaining the property buildings and grounds, diagnosing work order requests, and making various repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.

Responsibilities

Manage work orders and make readies timely and with effective team communication

Maintain all aspects of the property per Mandel Group Standards and requirements

Groundskeeping duties may include trash removal and occasional touch up cleaning of vacant units

Available to work 40 hours per week and participate in the on-call rotation

For on-call: 1 week every 5-12 weeks (frequency depends on region and staffing levels), daily paid stipend, automatic 1.5x and 2x pay on Holidays, paid on-call mileage
