Responsibilities
Support project for 4,100 Branches, 65,000 desktops / tablets, 200,000 various peripherals
Tier 3 production support tickets
Answering vendor pages from techs installing or doing break/fix work
Light AD Administration / Fulfilling QA Tester Requests
Issue trending, root cause resolution
Conducting unit-level testing on new hardware and software updates
Author simple to intermediate-level fix scripts
Provide support to vendor technicians
Analyzing workstation logs and working with the development team on issues
Implement complex / advanced automated solutions
Qualification
Required
Min 5-7 years' experience in a Tier 2 / Tier 3 production support role remotely troubleshooting Windows 10 / 11-based devices (workstations, laptops, tablets) and/or printers/peripherals in a large networked environment
3+ years' experience with MS Configuration Manager
2+ years' experience with MS Intune
Min 2 years of basic Active Directory administration
Working knowledge of remote desktop support/administration tools such as: RDP, SCCM, remote registry editor, Sysinternals tools such as psexec / pskill / psloggedon / procmon / process explorer)
2 years of desktop administration, engineering, scripting (PowerShell, Batch Files, etc.)
