CMT Project Manager

They are seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead project delivery across their commercial portfolio, blending technical oversight, financial control, and client-facing leadership.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial roofing and sheet metal projects—from pre-construction through closeout—owning schedule, scope, quality, cost, and safety
Create and maintain project schedules; coordinate procurement, shop drawings, submittals, and material lead times to meet milestones
Manage subcontractors and vendor performance, enforce scope compliance, and conduct QA/QC reviews (remote coordination with periodic site visits as required)
Prepare and control project budgets: monitor costs, process invoices, manage change orders, and produce timely financial reports for stakeholders
Serve as primary client/GC contact—manage RFIs, submittals, communications, and dispute mitigation to preserve schedule and margins
Ensure jobsite safety and regulatory compliance; implement company safety programs, conduct project safety reviews, and oversee closeout/warranty processes
