Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions
Evaluate liability and damages, including medical records and expert reports
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana
