Electrical Trainee

Construction
Responsibilities
Reading plans and understanding project layouts
Working in trenches, attics, and crawl spaces, both new and ancient
Installing underground and overhead conduit
Setting switchgear, wireways, and electrical panels
Installing devices, fixtures, and data systems
Testing, labeling, organizing, counting, cleaning, you name it
Working outdoors in all weather conditions, including the cold and rain
Working in dark, confined, or uncomfortable spaces
Heavy lifting, squatting, bending, climbing, and working in physically demanding and awkward positions
Ending the day tired, dehydrated, dirty, and knowing you earned it
Qualification
Required
18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
One full year of Algebra with a grade of C or better (or equivalent coursework)
Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to climb ladders/scaffolds, lift fifty pounds, and work in confined spaces
Physically and mentally capable of performing essential job functions
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability workplace
Able to prioritize, multitask, and manage responsibilities independently
Preferred
Manual labor or mechanical experience
