Senior Manager, App Strategy & Operations

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform, creating a seamless experience for fans across commerce, collectibles, and gaming. They are seeking a Senior Manager, App Strategy & Operations to support the development of commercial strategy and initiatives that grow engagement with Fanatics app users.

Responsibilities

Support Senior Director on the development of the overall Fanatics app customer value proposition, defining the role of Shop, Free-to-Play, Scores, Ticketing and cross-sell to other Fanatics apps and experiences in driving user engagement
Drive development of Fanatics app-specific commercial objectives and targets, partnering with Analytics, Finance and Product to define key metrics and stand up dashboards and reporting processes (e.g. weekly business reviews) that measure app performance at both the customer and the proposition level
Identify, sell in and lead implementation of new app propositions and commercial initiatives (e.g. seasonal campaigns, new features), partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics and other stakeholders
Partner with Product, Design, Research & Insights and Analytics teams to assess the competitive market, identify pain points with current experiences and recommend opportunities for testing & optimization
Influence product roadmap prioritization with clear POV on expected customer and business impact

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market strategy, product marketing or digital product experience within fast-growing consumer businesses
Strong strategic thinker who can translate market trends, customer insights, stakeholder priorities and internal focus areas into actionable strategic roadmaps
Demonstrated experience leading large scale, complex projects requiring a high level of stakeholder engagement across multiple teams and business units
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills; able to explain complex concepts both simply and concisely
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
Able to work out of the Fanatics NYC office a minimum of three days per week
