Responsibilities
Support the Business Solutions team with asset development for presentations and other collateral, translating business strategies into compelling materials
Coordinate mockups of trading cards concepts for use in presentations, working closely with product and art teams to ensure cards are designed according to brand standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, art, marketing, licensing, athlete partnerships, commercial, and executive teams to ensure creative alignment and execution consistency
Maintain high standards of organization, version control, and file management across multiple concurrent projects
Create and manage a centralized resource for the organization to access templates, creative assets, and other materials
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and increase team efficiency across content creation and production processes
Conduct industry research to inform methods of elevating design and storytelling capabilities
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deliver on tight timelines with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of relevant experience in business solutions and/or creative services
High proficiency required in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects)
Working knowledge of generative AI and automation tools; able to identify use cases and implement them effectively
Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for brand aesthetics and layout
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into concise and digestible content
Self-sufficient, proactive, and highly-organized with a strong sense of ownership
Creative thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset, extreme attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
Preferred
Experience in the sports industry and/or trading cards is preferred
Motion graphics and/or animation experience is a plus
