Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for hospice business development across four locations
Hire, develop, and manage Directors of Business Development and Liaison teams
Drive statewide admissions growth through clear expectations and consistent execution
Partner with operational and clinical leadership to align growth initiatives
Monitor performance metrics, referral trends, and market penetration
Ensure consistency in sales process, standards, and accountability across all sites
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in hospice business development required
Experience leading multi-site or regional sales teams
Strong understanding of referral dynamics across hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and community partners
Demonstrated ability to drive admissions growth through coaching and accountability
Willingness and ability to travel throughout Iowa as needed
