Responsibilities
Accurately create and maintain product listings in the Product Information Management (PIM) system and eCommerce platforms (Shopify), including scheduled weekend product launches
Conduct daily quality assurance checks to ensure optimal site performance and customer experience
Troubleshoot and escalate operational issues by submitting and managing engineering tickets; validate resolutions before implementation
Merchandise category, homepage, and landing pages in alignment with business priorities, seasonal initiatives, and customer behavior insights
Monitor KPIs and customer interaction across product categories to identify trends and site optimization opportunities
Ensure product attributes, descriptions, and features are accurate and strategically positioned to support conversion
Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling site content and storytelling that enhances the customer journey
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising and site management
Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (preferably Shopify) and content management tools
Understanding of performance metrics, A/B testing, and digital merchandising strategies
Analytical and data-driven mindset with a strong focus on execution and optimization
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Akeneo (PIM), product analytics tools, and Shopify is a plus
