Responsibilities
Participate in organizing and implementing assigned projects and programs for the County Office of Education
Exercise technical and functional supervision over assigned lower-level staff
Manage documents, calendars, and communications using Google Workspace and other platforms
Prepare and coordinate meetings with law enforcement, community partners, and education stakeholders
Organize materials, track information, and maintain accurate records
Assist with general office and organizational tasks
Gain thorough knowledge of the grant
Qualification
Required
Equivalent to an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in social service or a related field
Two years of experience in the implementation of state or federally funded programs
Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid California driver's license and appropriate vehicle operation insurance
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree is desirable
