Qualification

Required

Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources, management, psychology, or related discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree
HRCI, SHRM-CP, or PHR Certification is required
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role focused heavily on HR compliance, HRIS, and operational leadership
ADP Implementation SME: Extensive experience leading or heavy involvement in implementations
HRIS & Compliance: A technical powerhouse who understands the regulatory landscape
VP Support: The candidate must possess the professional maturity to align with my strategic vision and emulate my leadership style
