Conduct research on the synthesis of novel semiconductor thin films using pulsed laser deposition (PLD)
Operate and maintain PLD systems, optimizing parameters including laser fluence, substrate temperature, chamber pressure, and target–substrate distance to control film growth and material properties
Fabricate and process thin films for electronic and functional device applications
