They are seeking a Recent Graduate / Entry-Level Designer to support their cultural and multi-family/mixed-income housing projects, providing opportunities for learning and collaboration in a studio environment.

Responsibilities
Support the design and documentation of architectural projects across multiple phases
Assist with drawing production, modeling, and design development
Contribute to research and design exploration
Collaborate closely with project teams, including senior designers and architects
Assist with the coordination of consultants and project documentation
Respond to feedback and incorporate direction with care and attention to detail
Participate in studio culture through collaboration, learning, and initiative
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture
1 to 3 years of professional experience or recent graduation
Strong design curiosity and foundational technical skills
Proficiency in Revit is required
Experience Adobe Creative Suite is required
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Organized, motivated, and eager to learn
Preferred
Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is a plus
Interest in housing, museums, and community-focused work
