Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of commercial, multifamily, industrial, and B2B accounts
Spend the majority of your time in the field, meeting: Property & asset managers, Facilities and maintenance leaders, HOA management companies and boards, Regional operators for restaurant & retail groups, Commercial and industrial site leadership
Develop relationships within industry organizations such as: Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), California Apartment Association (CAA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA)
Introduce VeriTech as a preferred plumbing partner, not just a vendor
Schedule site walks, capability meetings, and portfolio reviews
Attend industry events, association meetings, and networking functions
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up plans
Use LinkedIn and direct outreach to identify and pursue strategic accounts
Qualification
Required
B2B or commercial sales experience
Ability to build relationships and enjoy face-to-face interaction
Self-starter comfortable managing their own territory and schedule
Interest in owning a book of business over the long term
Professionalism and relationship-building ability
