Responsibilities

Develop and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions leveraging Azure AI technologies and Databricks
Utilize VS Code, Databricks, and AI Studio for comprehensive model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Create and manage AI agents designed for automation and enhanced conversational interactions
Integrate AI capabilities into applications using Python frameworks, establishing secure REST endpoints and asynchronous workers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design conversational flows and scalable solutions meeting diverse requirements
Monitor AI model performance to ensure consistency, reliability, and accuracy
Develop reusable components and pipelines in Azure AI and Databricks for rapid deployments
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all AI solutions

Required

BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
Proven experience with Azure AI services like Azure OpenAI, Bot service, and Cognitive services
Hands-on experience with Databricks Genie and AI agent development for enterprise applications
Competence with MCP for integrating AI models securely with external tools and APIs
Strong understanding of NLPs, LLMs, and RESTful API integration
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Azure AI Services
Proven experience in AI/ML model evaluation and understanding of machine learning algorithms
Expertise in MLOps pipelines, including secure model deployment and runtime security monitoring
Experience in integrating AI with applications using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, and Flask
Intermediate Python programming skills focused on secure and scalable AI solution development

Preferred

Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent
Databricks Certified: Generative AI Engineer Associate or equivalent
Experience with prompt engineering and comprehensive AI lifecycle management
Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps practices for AI model deployment within Azure environments
