Dedicate 15 hours weekly to generating leads
Host a minimum of two open houses each month
Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection
Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using Brivity Technology
Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
Consult with sellers to secure listings and effectively market properties
Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
