They are hiring a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership, manage communications, coordinate meetings, and perform office management tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Provide daily executive assistant support including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
Manage phone calls, emails, and administrative communication with internal teams and external partners
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, and track follow-up action items
Arrange business travel, accommodations, and itineraries
Assist with administrative projects, data collection, reports, and presentations
Perform office management tasks including ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining records
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, office coordinator, or office administrator
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred
QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required
