They are seeking a hands-on problem solver who will be responsible for identifying and fixing broken processes on the production floor, implementing new systems, and ensuring quality improvements.

Be on the floor during startups and high-risk runs
Spot weak processes and tighten them
Lead root cause + corrective actions
Reduce scrap and repeat defects
Build simple, clear standards operators actually follow
Prevent problems instead of documenting them after the fact
Focus on fixing, not unnecessary admin or desk work
Qualification
Required
5+ years in manufacturing quality or CI
Root cause / CAPA leadership
Medical manufacturing experience
Proven history of actually improving processes (not just maintaining systems)
Preferred
Continuous Improvement / Manufacturing / Process Engineering background strongly preferred
ISO 13485 or regulated manufacturing experience a plus
Lean / Six Sigma experience is helpful but practical results matter more than certificates
