Co - Founder - Sales (Equity + Commission)
Korfshore is a global workforce solutions company that provides BPO, RPO, CX, IT, and offshore staffing services. They are seeking a Co-Founder – Sales to drive revenue growth and client acquisition across North America, focusing on scaling the commercial engine of the business.
Responsibilities
Own and drive commercial and revenue growth across the US & Canadian markets
Convert existing relationships and ready-to-move clients into signed deals
Sell BPO, RPO, CX, IT, and offshore workforce solutions
Lead enterprise and mid-market sales cycles end-to-end
Act as a Co-Founder and senior commercial representative of Korfshore in North America
Help shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and sales structure as the company scales
Qualification
Required
Proven BPO / RPO experience (compulsory)
Strong track record in selling outsourcing, staffing, or recruitment solutions
Active client relationships or an immediate deal pipeline
Deep understanding of US & Canada buying cycles
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in a build-from-zero, high-ownership role
