Responsibilities
Lead organizational change management (OCM) programs: stakeholder analysis, change impacts, training/enablement, and adoption measurement
Develop performance measurement frameworks (KPIs/OKRs), dashboards, and reporting routines for leadership
Assess internal controls and compliance impacts; coordinate with finance/controls stakeholders as needed
Integrate solutions across multiple systems (process + data + tooling) and define requirements for improvements
Prepare executive-level briefings translating analysis into decisions and actions
Provide coaching to leaders and teams on performance management, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field AND PMP/DHS mid-level PM/Six Sigma MBB (or equivalent)
7 yrs; or 5 yrs with a Master's or higher
Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives
Organizational Change Management (OCM): impact analysis, readiness, adoption planning, training/communications support
Design and lead performance measurement frameworks; benefits/ROI tracking where applicable
Assess and support financial/internal controls compliance
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management
Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet project milestones
Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
